ICTSI purchases 95 percent shareholdings of PT Makassar Terminal Services, joint operator of the Makassar Container Terminal in South Sulawesi, Indonesia. IFE purchased shares of Singapore-based Portek Systems and Equipment Pte Ltd and Indonesian liner PT Peleyaran Nusantara Meratus.
