Tecon Suape holds transformative leadership training

Tecon Suape completed its Leadership Development Program for members of Engineering and Operations teams last 13 May.
 
Carried out from March to May, the program was conducted in partnership with Cozex Learning Consulting and focused on transformative leadership and agile management. The program trained leaders in essential skills for more effective performance and for alignment with the company’s values.
