NorthPort wraps up Driving Performance training

NorthPort concluded its weeklong Driving Performance Program on July 4, with 17 participants from various departments completing the leadership training that enhances accountability and team performance at the terminal level.

Held from June 30 to July 4, the program included representatives from across NorthPort and two participants from PH Commercial. Designed and delivered by the ICTSI Global Academy, the course equipped supervisors and superintendents with tools to lead more effectively, foster collaboration, and drive results.

Rochelle Q. Pizzaro, NorthPort Shift Operations Manager, and Eisley M. Esguerra, Customer Service Manager, contributed as subject matter experts, offered insights grounded on day-to-day operations. Pamela San Jose of the ICTSI Global Academy was the program lead.

Each participant is expected to roll out a “Quick Win” project following the training. These department-level initiatives translate the program’s leadership principles into tangible improvements within the terminal.

The program was supported by Justin C. Tolentino, NorthPort General Manager, and Lorna De Guzman, NorthPort Organizational Training and Development Manager.
