ICTSI Global Academy strengthens leadership with TED program

Eighteen participants from Global Corporate and ICTSI terminals in the Philippines, Asia Pacific, the Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa, recently completed the ICTSI Global Academy’s Terminal Executive Diploma (TED) program.

Held from 1 to 10 March, the TED program supports the ICTSI Group’s goal of achieving a nine percent compounded annual growth rate in EBITDA over the next four years. Participants engaged in training focused on business performance drivers led by industry expert Eric Bubeer. Additionally, sessions by ICTSI Corporate resource speakers ensured alignment of corporate functions with terminal-specific objectives. 

A program highlight was the culmination event, where participants presented 15 innovative business improvement projects. Each tackled critical areas like resource management optimization, waste reduction strategies, and exploration of new revenue streams.

ICTSI executives, including Anders Kjeldsen, senior vice president and regional head – Latin America; Hans-Ole Madsen, senior vice president and regional head – Europe, Middle East and Africa; Caroline Causon, senior vice president, Global Corporate Planning; and Robin Cruickshanks, vice president and head of Global Corporate Human Resources, attended the final presentation at Solaire Resort and Casino alongside immediate leaders of participants and resource speakers. Their presence underscored the organization’s commitment to developing leadership talent and driving operational excellence across diverse regions.

The completion of the TED program is a landmark in the Company’s continuous efforts to hone the next generation of leaders. Having participants from diverse backgrounds and roles in the organization, the program reflects ICTSI’s dedication to foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation and collaboration. The knowledge and skills acquired from the program are poised to have a positive impact on terminal operations, driving sustained growth and success for ICTSI on a global scale.
