Madagascar International Container Terminal (MICTSL) has successfully upgraded its terminal operating system to the latest version of Navis’ N4 and is one of the first in the ICTSI Group to upgrade to the latest version of Navis N4.

MICTSL’s IT team, headed by Edem Defly, MICTSL Chief Information Officer, successfully completed the upgrade during the first weekend of May after taking meticulous preparation to prevent possible delays that could affect clients.

Upgrading to version 3.8.13 of N4, the most up-to-date version of N4 in production, is a distinction that the MICTSL IT team is proud of.

Sebastiano Cerneka, Operations Technology Head – Global Corporate Information Technology, congratulated the team for achieving the milestone despite the challenges that stemmed from the pandemic:  “I would like to use this opportunity to congratulate the team for the successful completion of the N4 upgrade.
