Held from 7 to 8 December in Bangkok Thailand, the event gathered RoRo (roll-on, roll-off) stevedores from Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Taiwan and Japan to foster industry cooperation. The meeting is part of K-Line’s initiatives to strengthen its RoRo activities across all operating ports, maintain the observance of established RoRo standard operating procedures, and encourage stakeholders to work collectively towards achieving zero damage and zero incident.
K-Line Thailand Car Carrier General Manager Shin Miyawaki welcomed the participants to this year’s meeting, which touched on stopics like the “Yokoten” among participating ports, accident trends, training activities, and the handling of new battery electric vehicles, Mafi and other new cargo.
