ICTSI hosts learning session with pro cycling team

On June 11, International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI) held a learning session for Corporate and Manila International Container Terminal employees in collaboration with the VS Pro cycling team, a UCI-accredited professional road cycling team based in the Philippines.

VS Pro team members Marcelo Felipe, Pako Ochoa, Edgar Nieto, and Nichol Pareja shared their experiences and exchanged ideas on professional cycling practices, nutritional requirements, safety protocols, and common challenges of the sport. They also tackled the difference between cycling conditions in the Philippines compared to other countries. The VS Pro team competes in both local and international cycling tours.

Nutrition brand Vitargo Philippines also took part in the session, discussing the importance of proper nutrition for athletes. Vitargo also gave participants bike helmets and water bottles at the end of the session.
