CGSA celebrates mothers

Contecon Guayaquil (CGSA) recognized working mothers on Mothers’ Day, highlighting the resilience and leadership they demonstrate both at home and in the workplace. Their contribution continues to shape team culture, grounded in steadiness, values and long-term perspective

Employees participated in a workshop where they designed and painted their own scarves as a commemorative activity. The session provided a creative outlet while encouraging connection across teams.
