CGSA celebrates Christmas

Contecon Guayaquil (CGSA) held its traditional Christmas gathering for its 700 employees, who shared a pleasant and special moment over a sumptuous Christmas lunch.
 
Javier Lancha de Micheo, CGSA chief executive officer, led the festivities and thanked everyone for their effort and commitment to work every day and make CGSA the best port in Ecuador. He also shared the Christmas greeting from the ICTSI Group and wished employees all the best for the coming new year.
 
The management also recognized employees for their participation in the Orange Minds program, which inspired the outstanding initiatives of Daniel Eduardo Vergara, Fabián Alexander Loor and Jorge Gabriel Alvarado.
 
A video presentation was also shown to highlight the company’s milestone and projects in 2022. CGSA also defined and shared the company’s fundamentals for next year – with customer focus at the center – that will generate synergy for CGSA’s 2023 strategy.
