VICT supports advancement of women in logistics

Victoria International Container Terminal (VICT) reaffirmed its commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion through its partnership with Wayfinder, a leading initiative by the Australian Logistics Council that aims to increase women’s participation in the logistics, transport and supply chain industries

The collaboration reflects VICT’s dedication to creating meaningful opportunities for women and young professionals by providing mentorship, education and real-world exposure to the logistics sector.

During a recent Wayfinder visit, VICT celebrated the inspiring career journeys of its talented women professionals, further underscoring its commitment to nurturing an equitable and inclusive workplace. Notably, women hold 50 percent of management roles at VICT, positioning the company as a leader in diversity and a champion for empowering women to thrive in traditionally male-dominated industries.

VICT extends its gratitude to Wayfinder for their continued efforts to create a more inclusive workforce and looks forward to strengthening this impactful partnership in the years to come.
