VICT demonstrates precision cargo handling

Victoria International Container Terminal recently showcased its expertise in precision cargo handling with the successful loading of a high-value racing yacht aboard the APL Savannah. 
 
The complex operation required meticulous planning and expert coordination to ensure seamless execution. VICT’s skilled teams secured the yacht on the waterside prior to lifting, ensuring stability and safety. Using the terminal’s automated ship-to-shore cranes, the yacht was then carefully hoisted and positioned into the vessel’s cargo hold with the highest level of accuracy. Every step of the process was carried out under the close supervision of VICT’s Waterside and Health & Safety teams, prioritizing both efficiency and safety.
