Following the successful joint tender on electricity in 2022, the ICTSI Global Procurement team hosted a networking event for the procurement teams across the Razon Group of Companies.

Held for the first time, the event brough together procurement officers from Solaire Resort, Prime Infra, and Manila Water to foster stronger collaboration among the Group’s respective procurement departments.

The event kicked off with a tour of the Manila International Container Terminal, a vital hub for logistics and trade at the Port of Manila. It was followed by a work session, which led to the creation of three working groups to facilitate the sharing of suppliers as well as knowledge on indirect and IT procurement, construction procurement, and SAP and Ariba – the system used across the Razon Group.

Recognizing the importance of sustained effort, the procurement teams agreed to conduct follow-up meetings every quarter to review progress, exchange updates and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
