Strengthening leadership in CGSA

Contecon Guayaquil (CGSA) recently launched the Driving Performance 2025 program to cultivate operational excellence and leadership. From November 24-28, 2025, employees took part in an intensive week of training designed to enhance performance, reduce costs, manage risks better, and strengthen CGSA’s competitive position.
