SBITC strengthens leadership through targeted training

Subic Bay International Terminals (SBITC) recently conducted a leadership training led by Phillip Marsham, ICTSI executive director – Philippine sub-region.

The training was attended by SBITC’s management committee and their direct reports. It was a continuation of the previous leadership training held in Manila, providing a preview of the upcoming Driving Performance program.

The training focused on enhancing leadership capabilities and aligning teams to improve performance. This reflects SBITC’s commitment to developing its leaders and supporting team growth.
