Rio Brasil Terminal sets new record

Rio Brasil Terminal (RBT) achieved a new milestone with the recent maiden call of CMA CGM Amazonia. 
 
RBT handled a total of 3,541 containers during the call, breaking the previous record for the most number of containers handled in a single call that was set in 2023. The feat is a result of RBT’s strategic planning and high-level operational performance, reflecting the terminal’s commitment to efficiency, reliability and strong customer focus.
 
The CMA CGM Amazonia has a length overall of 336 meters, beam of 51 meters, and capacity of 13,000 TEUs. It sails under the Asia to East Coast South America (ESA 2) service.
