Port executives graduate from Terminal Executive Diploma program

The ICTSI Global Academy under Global Corporate Human Resources recently celebrated the successful completion of the Terminal Executive Diploma (TED) program for 15 participants from various ICTSI terminals in the Philippines, Asia Pacific, the Americas, and Europe-Middle East-Africa. The intensive program was held from July 13 to 21.

The TED program centered around driving the ICTSI business objective of achieving a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 9 percent EBITDA over the next five years. Participants underwent training covering Terminal Business Drivers, conducted by Eric Bubeer, followed by insights from ICTSI Corporate resource speakers to align corporate functions with terminal goals.

As a part of the program's closing activity, 10 business improvement projects were presented, focusing on managing resources, minimizing waste, and exploring potential revenue opportunities.

Christian R. Gonzalez, ICTSI executive vice president; Anders Kjeldsen, ICTSI senior vice president and regional head of the Americas; Hans-Ole Madsen, senior vice president and regional head of Europe, the Middle East and Africa; Manuel V. Pascua, senior vice president, chief financial officer and chief risk officer; Caroline C. Causon, senior vice president, head of Global Corporate Planning & Financial Services; and Robin Cruickshanks, vice president and head of Global Corporate Human Resources, attended the final presentation last 21 July at Solaire Resort and Casino.
