MMT conducts leadership training

Manila Multipurpose Terminal (MMT) recently organized a leadership training session spearheaded by Phillip Marsham, ICTSI executive director – Philippine sub-region. The training aimed to enhance the capabilities of key personnel across all departments.

The initiative is part of MMT’s ongoing efforts to cultivate a strong leadership culture, enhance collaboration and equip team members with skill needed to lead effectively in their respective roles. The training featured interactive discussions, practical exercises, and insightful presentations focused on strategic thinking, decision-making and team management.

Mr. Marsham also emphasized the importance of empowering employees through continuous learning and development, noting that strong leadership at all levels is essential to achieving the company’s long-term goals.
