MICT Operations aligns 2026 priorities

Manila International Container Terminal Operations completed business planning sessions held April 12, 13 and 20 to align priorities and prepare for 2026.

The sessions reviewed operational performance, including target operating discipline, terminal statistics and key performance indicators, along with updates on ongoing challenges and completed initiatives. Teams also discussed the 2025 Strategic Plan and reviewed proposed targets for 2026 to ensure alignment across operations.

The sessions concluded with discussions on challenges and proposed actions for the year ahead. Inputs gathered will support decision‑making and guide operational planning moving forward.
