MHC rolls out upskill training program for employees

Manila Harbor Center (MHC), in cooperation with the Manila International Container Terminal (MICT) training team, recently conducted series of training sessions for select operations personnel.

The program aims to upgrade the skillsets, develop best practices and promote competency learning among the participants, who underwent a 12-day of combined classroom and hands-on training sessions. Several employees at the vessel operations supervisory level also underwent training.

“We salute all the men and women who tirelessly put their best effort day in and day out to uphold MHC’s values. We recognize their contributions to the improvement of the company’s operational capability, interdepartmental cooperation, and the professional and personal growth of their colleagues,” said Phillip Marsham, ICTSI global director for MHC.
