ICTSI Foundation partners with South African embassy in Manila for Nelson Mandela International Day

The ICTSI Foundation and the South African embassy in Manila conducted an outreach activity at Helping Land community in Brgy. 105, Tondo, Manila last  July 18 to commemorate Nelson Mandela International Day. 

The activity featured food booths, parlor games, loot bags and other activities for the more than 500 beneficiaries in the community. Joining the Foundation in the activity were Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs Assistant Secretary Mardomel Melicor, Angola Embassy Chargé d'Affaires Dr. Nlando Bernando, and South African Ambassador to the Philippines Bartinah Ntombizodwa Radebe-Netshitenzhe. Celebrated every 18th of July, the Nelson Mandela International Day recognizes the former South African President’s contribution to peace and freedom.
