ICTSI Foundation, MCT complete classroom digitalization

The ICTSI Foundation and Mindanao Container Terminal completed the digitalization of classrooms in all 15 public schools in Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental, benefiting some 17,500 students.

Since 2022, the organizations have donated 384 smart TVs to support the Department of Education’s Computerization Program and Learning Recovery and Continuity Plan.

For the final phase, they turned over 112 smart TVs to three public high schools and 10 Alternative Learning System (ALS) community learning centers, benefitting over 4,600 students and 145 teachers.

Learning resources, including desktops, laptops, printers, photocopiers, and printing supplies, were also provided to ALS centers to support out-of-school youth.
