ICTSI Foundation extends relief assistance to Isla Puting Bato fire survivors

The ICTSI Foundation swiftly responded to provide aid after a recent fire damaged a portion of Isla Puting Bato in Tondo, Manila. About 80 families received hot meals, 25-kilogram sacks of rice, sleeping mats and blankets. 

Representatives from Barangay 20, Manila International Container Terminal’s host community, and the Manila Department of Social Welfare registered and organized the families to ensure efficient assistance, while the ICTSI Foundation, EcoPatrols and RVV Security managed the orderly distribution of goods.

The relief operation underscores the Foundation’s commitment to supporting host communities during calamities and aligns with the disaster response and preparedness efforts of local government units.
