ICTSI Foundation aids Manila daycare centers
The ICTSI Foundation, true to its commitment to education and community development, recently extended support to nine daycare centers in Manila to elevate the quality of early childhood education services they offer.
The Foundation donated nine smart television sets, story books, educational toys, tables, chairs and other school supplies to daycare centers in Paco, San Andres, Pandacan, and Malate.. Operated by the Kabalikat ng Bayan sa Kaunlaran (KABAKA) Foundation Inc., the centers cater to more than 400 daycare learners.
Earlier in May, the Foundation also organized a stress management seminar and a story-telling workshop for KABAKA daycare teachers with the help of Michelle Agas of Adarna House, a publisher of local literature for children of all ages.
