Customer experience takes center stage at CGSA’s Christmas celebration


 

Contecon Guayaquil S.A. (CGSA) celebrated the holiday season with a festive event themed “Customer Experience,” aligning with its 2025 vision of prioritizing customer loyalty through efficient operations across all areas of and processes of the company. 

The event was an opportunity for management and employees to reflect on the milestones and challenges of 2024. It highlighted how overcoming obstacles strengthened the company and placed it in a promising position for the coming new year with all the opportunities it will bring.

By looking back on each milestone, employees gained insights into CGSA’s dedication to maintain operational excellence, workforce stability, and the competitive advantages that have consistently distinguished the company from the rest of the industry. It also reinforced the ICTSI Group’s commitment to Ecuador.

The celebration was packed with activities that fostered unity and hopefully created lasting memories. CGSA expressed gratitude to employees through recreational games, exciting prizes and surprises, which also strengthened camaraderie within the organization.
