Contecon Guayaquil promotes positive leadership

Focused on strengthening the leadership capabilities of managers and leaders across different areas of the company, Contecon Guayaquil organized a training program that kicked off with a seminar titled Lead Positively. The seminar was facilitated by renowned Spanish consultant, executive and team coach Borja Milans del Bosch, who discussed the essence of deepening human relations based on values such as optimism and courage. The seminar also encouraged managers and leaders to become examples with their actions and inspire their teams to dream, learn, do more and become better.
