Contecon Guayaquil hosts magical day for children

Contecon Guayaquil hosted its first Christmas celebration dedicated to the children of employees, bringing together more than 600 attendees for a day of fun-filled activities and holiday cheer.
 
One of the highlights of the day was the visit to the port, where children saw firsthand their parents’ workplace. The tour offered the young ones a closer look at port operations and the role their parents play in keeping the terminal running. The experience created a moment of connection and pride for both the children and their parents.
 
The celebration concluded with a visit from Santa Claus, who gave each child a gift, a memorable end to the event.
 
The celebration strengthened the company’s engagement with employee families and underscored the commitment to foster meaningful experience that support a sense of community.
