CMSA emergency brigade undergoes training

As part of the continuous effort to further improve its emergency response capability, the internal emergency brigade of Contecon Manzanillo (CMSA) is undergoing further training in first aid, firefighting, handling of hazardous materials and search and rescue.
 
The training, which started in September and will continue until December, is aligned with the learning plan of the Civil Protection and the Ministry of Labor. It involves a strategy that includes exercises with essential tools to help brigade members from departments such as Services, Maintenance, Information Technology, Security, Finance and Human Resources develop a strong group dynamic to enable them to efficiently put into practice all that they have learned.
 
Over the years, the emergency brigade has been undergoing regular training to expand their skills in emergency response. CMSA embraces the challenge of putting together a highly capable emergency response team as part its aim to safeguard personnel, stakeholders, equipment, and other assets inside the terminal.
