Christmas at CGSA: a meeting to recognize, inspire and look forward to the future

Contecon Guayaquil’s (CGSA) Christmas event was an emotional gathering of gratitude dedicated to the more than 600 employees who contributed to the success and continued growth of the company in 2023.

Aside from featuring various activities, prizes and surprises, the event also gave everyone an opportunity to reflect on their achievements and share both expectations and goals for the coming year.

“Each of us must strive and focus on efficiency and excellence to bring out the best in ourselves,” said Javier Lancha, CGSA chief executive officer, as he emphasized the importance of individual and collective effort in overcoming the challenges in 2024.

Mr. Lancha also reminded that each collaborator has an important role in the company’s success.

“By working together, we will be able to build a port that meets the country’s needs – Ecuador’s gateway to the world deserves it,” he added.
