CGSA supports inclusive development
Contecon Guayaquil (CGSA), through its Orange Hearts initiative, implemented a community-focused project aimed at supporting the development of children and adolescents with disabilities. In collaboration with CGSA employees, the company donated play therapy equipment to more than 100 students at the Montserrat Maruri Specialized School.
The donated equipment is designed to support the physical and cognitive development of the students. These tools contribute to psychomotor learning, cognitive stimulation, and the enhancement of motor skills.
This initiative is one of several CSR projects led by CGSA that involve employee participation. Through these efforts, CGSA continues to promote inclusive development and engage in actions that support the well-being of the broader community.
