BGT supports Iraq Britain Business Council seminar in Dubai

Basra Gateway Terminal (BGT) sponsored the Iraq Britain Business Council (IBBC) seminar in Dubai on January 22, which brought together business leaders and IBBC members for panels and networking.

The seminar featured opening remarks by Christophe Michels, IBBC managing director, and a keynote from H.E. Abdullah Ahmed Al Saleh, UAE Ministry of Economy and Tourism undersecretary, highlighting trade relations between Iraq and the United Arab Emirates. Panels addressed regional business developments and opportunities in sectors including energy, with discussion conducted under the Chatham House Rule to encourage open dialogue. 

BGT’s support underscores its engagement with regional business forums and support for platforms connecting global stakeholders.
