BGT embraces the spirit of Ramadan

In line with Basra Gateway Terminal’s (BGT) commitment to supporting and giving back to the local community in Umm Qasr, the holy month of Ramadan provided the perfect opportunity to demonstrate care and compassion for those in need.
 
Last April, BGT employees distributed bags of essential supplies to individuals facing financial struggles and to orphans in the local community. The initiative was meant to help members of the community get through the challenging days of fasting during Ramadan. Gestures like this embody the true spirt of the holy month, as well as BGT’s commitment to always be the first in line when it comes to helping the local community.
