ICTSI Capital BV enters into a share purchase agreement with Luka Rijeka DD to purchase 51 percent interest in the Adriatic Gate Container Terminal (AGCT), which operates the Bradjica Container Terminal in Rijeka, Croatia. AGCT has a 30-year concession agreement to operate and develop the terminal.
