ICTSI wins the concession for a new terminal along the Congo River in Matadi, Democratic Republic of the Congo.  ICTSI enters a joint venture with La Societe De Gestion Immobiliere Lengo to establish ICTSI DR Congo S.A. The terminal is named Matadi Gateway Terminal (MGT).
