Empowering women at Contecon Guayaquil

Contecon Guayaquil celebrated this year’s International Women’s Day by hosting a special wellness event for its 105 female employees.

Focused on promoting self-care and overall well-being, the event featured a health and  leisure activities including dermatological and gynecological consultations, as well as nutritional and relaxation therapies.

The initiative highlights CGSA’s commitment to the health and happiness of its female workforce. By investing in employee well-being, the Company hopes to foster a positive and productive work environment where motivated women can thrive.
